Salvus Center was founded in 2006, serving Sumner County for over 18 years, with over 73,000 visits, before merging with Neighborhood Health in 2024 to provide even more services to Salvus patients. Neighborhood Health at Salvus Center provides high-quality comprehensive healthcare regardless of age or the ability to pay. We offer a 24-hour call line, interpretation services, and specialty referrals. In clinic services include Women’s Health Care; diabetes and hypertension management; Behavioral Health; dental care and pediatrics (via other locations) and care for unhoused patients. We provide exams, lab tests, diagnostic services, disease prevention, immunizations, nutrition counseling, and medication assisted treatment for opioid addiction. Telehealth is available for many of these services. Patient navigators provide free in-person help enrolling in health insurance and Prescription Assistance Programs.
