Information About the Old Hickory Lake Triathlon
Our Race
Join us Sunday June 30, 2019 for the 1st annual Old Hickory Lake Triathlon presented by HEAT at our new location - Sanders Ferry Park in Hendersonville. The course will feature a 400 meter swim in Old Hickory Lake, a fast 20k out-and-back bike route with views of the lake, and a 5k run course.

The Hendersonville Endurance Athletic Team (HEAT) is a non-profit organization and triathlon team based in Hendersonville, TN.
